Liability coverage for accidental damage to the rental home caused by fire, water damage, explosion, falling objects, civil unrest, and smoke for up to $100,000. Please note that policy does not cover Resident's personal possessions or expense for alternate living arrangements, nor does it cover Resident’s liability to third parties for injuries or property damage.

Late Fee Waiver
A one-time per lease term waiver of a late fee (up to $100).
NSF Fee Waiver
A one-time per lease term waiver of a returned payment fee (up to $45).
Lockout Fee Waiver
A one-time per lease term waiver of a lockout fee in case of an accidental lockout by resident (up to $150).
Accidental Glass Breakage Waiver
A one-time waiver of glass breakage liability (up to $150).

An exclusive program that provides special discounts on shopping, dining, travel, and entertainment.
Rentals America reserves the right to modify this benefit package at any time. Modifications may include the addition and/or removal of services at any point during the term of the Lease Agreement. Any changes to pricing will only take place at the time of lease signing or lease renewal. The benefits will only be provided while the property is managed by Rentals America. If Rentals America ceases to manage the property, the amount of this package will be removed from your monthly rent. Resident may opt-out of any benefit listed above, however is still responsible for the monthly cost for the Resident Benefit Package.
If Resident opts-out of liability coverage, they shall provide Landlord proof of Renter's Insurance or Liability Insurance policy for the duration of the lease, with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage for damage to Landlord's property.
